We have been so happy to use the rock a bye baby newborn care team for all 3 of our children! Nicky's team is truly the best and i cannot Recommend them enough! I worked with rock-a-bye-baby for night nannying when both of my children were born and highly recommend Nicky, Dahlia and their team. From the first communication with Nicky, I felt comfortable and supported. She check-in on us in the lead up to the birth and was very flexible with our evolving schedule and needs before and after our babies arrived. We most recently had the pleasure of working with Dahlia, who cared for our daughter from the time she was a few days old until she was a few months old. Dahlia has decades of experience caring for newborns and she not only helped us get much needed sleep in the early days but also worked to instill great sleep habits in our daughter. Dahlia's style centered around what worked best for our baby as opposed to a one-sized-fits-all approach and always communicated the different technics she used to ensure it worked for us as well. The gentle conditioning set our family up for success, with our daughter sleeping through the night when she was around 2 months old and providing my husband and I with the tools to work through any future sleep challenges. A truly wonderful experience with Rock A Bye Baby!! Incredibly knowledgeable, kind and experienced. At a time when you need the most support, the team was there. Excellent communication prior, during and after. We used Nicky for our 2nd newborn and months later when we needed additional overnight support. This truly helped with my physical and mental recovery. Highly recommend!
